He is a keen believer in KISS principle systems.
Being an accomplished open water diver and having spent a lifetime on the water has encouraged Shawn to specialize in development of marine systems for use above and below the waves.

Matthew Searle, Chief Technical Officer of Maritime Arresting Technologies. A highly experienced innovator, being named inventor on 16 granted US patents. He has worked in product development for the Maritime Security and Defence Industries for the last 9 years. Matthew specializes in developing defensive equipment, this includes ballistic underwear, under armour cooling and in the last 5 years a range of vessel stopping systems, rescue devices and means to deploy them.
Maritime Arresting Technologies manufactures a range of defensive products and works with Local, Federal and International governments on keeping marine assets safe.

Master craftsperson with 30 years experience designing and making prototypes.
Lucy Fish brings her many years of senior level experience and expertise in the technology and financial sectors to the company. She previously worked at McKinsey and Company, the prestigious global consulting firm, in their Technology/Science Practice specializing in electronic warfare. In the Aerospace industry, she managed the development of cockpit instrumentation for the Space Shuttle and the F-15 Military Fighter. Until recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer at a medical device company for 15 years.
